Our Verification Process

ParsaFood Global may conduct verification procedures on suppliers and business partners before granting them verified status. Verification may include one or more of the following:

Premium Verification does not constitute a guarantee of product quality or future business performance.

Verified Supplier Badge

Suppliers who successfully complete the applicable verification process may receive a Verified Supplier badge on their profile.

The badge indicates only that certain information has been reviewed by ParsaFood Global or trusted third-party verification providers at the time of verification.

The badge does not represent:

• Financial stability
• Creditworthiness
• Product quality
• Manufacturing capability
• Legal compliance in every jurisdiction
• Future business reliability
• Delivery performance
• Contract fulfillment

Verification reflects the information available at the time of review and may change over time.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers remain solely responsible for:

• Performing independent due diligence.
• Reviewing product specifications.
• Requesting samples where appropriate.
• Confirming regulatory compliance for import.
• Negotiating commercial terms.
• Verifying pricing.
• Reviewing payment methods.
• Confirming logistics arrangements.
• Obtaining product inspections when necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with local import regulations.

ParsaFood Global strongly recommends using independent inspection services for large international orders.

Supplier Responsibility

Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to ParsaFood Global is:

• Accurate
• Complete
• Current
• Truthful
• Lawfully obtained

Suppliers must immediately notify ParsaFood Global if any verified information changes, including:

• Company ownership
• Business registration
• Address
• Banking information
• Export licenses
• Certifications
• Contact information

Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

Periodic Re-Verification

ParsaFood Global reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time.

Verified status may expire, be suspended, or be revoked if:

• Verification documents expire.
• Business licenses become invalid.
• Fraud is suspected.
• Regulatory concerns arise.
• Significant complaints are received.
• The supplier fails to cooperate with verification requests.

Third-Party Verification

Certain verification activities may be performed by independent third-party organizations, inspection companies, certification bodies, financial institutions, or government databases.

ParsaFood Global does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information obtained from third parties.

No Warranty or Guarantee

Trade Verification is intended to improve marketplace transparency but does not constitute:

• A recommendation to conduct business.
• A guarantee of successful transactions.
• A guarantee of payment.
• A guarantee of delivery.
• A guarantee of product quality.
• A guarantee of legal compliance.
• A guarantee of supplier performance.
• A guarantee against fraud.

Users acknowledge that international trade involves inherent commercial, legal, financial, logistical, and regulatory risks.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ParsaFood Global shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Incorrect verification information
• Supplier misrepresentation
• Buyer negligence
• Commercial disputes
• Product defects
• Shipping delays
• Customs issues
• Financial losses
• Fraudulent activities
• Contract breaches
• Regulatory violations
• Currency fluctuations

Verification services are provided on an "as available" and "best effort" basis without any express or implied warranty.

Reporting False Information

Users who believe that a supplier has provided false information may report the matter through our reporting system.

ParsaFood Global may investigate reported concerns but is under no obligation to resolve commercial disputes or guarantee corrective action.

Suspension or Removal

ParsaFood Global reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Suspend verification status.
• Remove verification badges.
• Request additional documentation.
• Restrict marketplace access.
• Suspend user accounts.
• Permanently terminate supplier accounts.

Such actions may be taken without prior notice where fraud, legal violations, or risks to marketplace integrity are suspected.

International Compliance

Verification procedures may vary depending on applicable laws, export regulations, sanctions, anti-money laundering requirements, food safety regulations, and local business registration standards.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws applicable to their transactions.

Final Notice

Trade Verification is designed to enhance confidence and transparency within the ParsaFood Global marketplace. However, it should never replace independent commercial judgment, legal review, financial due diligence, or professional risk assessment. Every buyer and supplier remains fully responsible for their own business decisions, contractual obligations, and international trade activities. ParsaFood Global acts solely as a marketplace operator and/or service provider and does not guarantee the identity, reliability, performance, or legal compliance of any user beyond the limited scope of the verification procedures described above.
