Any dispute relating to product quality, shipment, payment, customs clearance, packaging, specifications, delays, damages, shortages, certifications, or warranties must be resolved directly between the buyer and supplier.

4. Transactions Where ParsaFood Global Acts as Seller or Trade Intermediary

In certain transactions, ParsaFood Global may expressly agree in writing to act as:

• Exporter
• Trade intermediary
• Procurement agent
• Contracting party

Only in these specific transactions will separate contractual terms apply.

No assumption shall be made that ParsaFood Global is participating in a transaction unless confirmed by written agreement.

ParsaFood Global assumes no responsibility for customs seizure, import refusal, inspections, destruction of goods, penalties, or regulatory actions.

Buyers are encouraged to arrange independent inspections before shipment.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, ParsaFood Global does not guarantee:

• product quality;
• product conformity;
• laboratory results;
• shelf life;
• food safety;
• packaging condition.

13. Intellectual Property

• trademarks;
• software;
• designs;
• graphics;
