This Compliance & Regulations Policy ("Policy") explains the legal and regulatory responsibilities of users of the ParsaFood Global website, Marketplace, and related services ("Platform").

By using the Platform, all Buyers, Suppliers, Manufacturers, Exporters, Importers, Service Providers, and other users agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Purpose

ParsaFood Global is committed to supporting ethical, lawful, and transparent international trade.

This Policy establishes the compliance standards expected from all users while clarifying the responsibilities of ParsaFood Global and Marketplace participants.

2. Marketplace Role

Unless expressly agreed in writing, ParsaFood Global operates solely as:

• an international B2B marketplace;
• a business networking platform;
• a sourcing service provider;
• a trade facilitator;
• a logistics coordination provider;
• an international payment assistance provider;
• a digital business services provider.

ParsaFood Global is generally not the manufacturer, producer, importer, exporter, customs broker, carrier, certification authority, inspection authority, or contracting party for direct Buyer–Supplier transactions.

3. Compliance With Applicable Laws

All users must comply with all applicable:

• local laws;
• national laws;
• international laws;
• trade regulations;
• customs regulations;
• food safety regulations;
• import regulations;
• export regulations;
• product labeling requirements;
• packaging regulations;
• tax regulations;
• consumer protection laws;
• competition laws;
• environmental regulations;
• anti-corruption laws.

Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to their business and destination markets.

4. Export Compliance

Suppliers and Exporters are responsible for ensuring that exported products comply with all applicable export requirements, including:

• export licenses where required;
• export documentation;
• certificates of origin;
• customs declarations;
• health certificates;
• phytosanitary certificates;
• veterinary certificates;
• product certifications;
• export permits.

ParsaFood Global does not guarantee that any product qualifies for export to a particular country.

5. Import Compliance

Buyers and Importers are solely responsible for complying with all import requirements in the destination country, including:

• customs clearance;
• import permits;
• product registration;
• labeling requirements;
• language requirements;
• food safety approvals;
• inspection requirements;
• taxes and duties;
• import quotas;
• licensing requirements.

Failure to obtain the necessary approvals does not create liability for ParsaFood Global.

6. Product Compliance

Suppliers are solely responsible for ensuring that their products:

• comply with applicable laws;
• meet required quality standards;
• are accurately described;
• are correctly labeled;
• are safe for distribution;
• possess all legally required certifications.

ParsaFood Global does not independently verify every product listed on the Marketplace.

7. Food Safety

Suppliers are responsible for complying with all applicable food safety standards, including those relating to:

• hygiene;
• processing;
• packaging;
• storage;
• transportation;
• traceability;
• ingredient disclosure;
• allergen declarations;
• shelf life;
• expiration dates.

Buyers should independently verify that products meet the legal requirements of their destination market before placing orders.

8. Sanctions and Trade Restrictions

Users must comply with all applicable international sanctions, embargoes, export control laws, and restricted-party regulations.

Users must not use the Platform to conduct transactions that violate applicable sanctions or trade restrictions.

ParsaFood Global reserves the right to suspend or reject any transaction where compliance concerns arise.

9. Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption

Users must not engage in:

• bribery;
• corruption;
• kickbacks;
• facilitation payments prohibited by law;
• fraudulent business practices;
• unethical commercial conduct.

All users are expected to conduct business honestly and ethically.

10. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

ParsaFood Global supports compliance with applicable anti-money laundering laws.

Users must not use the Platform to:

• conceal illegal funds;
• process proceeds of crime;
• finance unlawful activities;
• engage in suspicious financial transactions.

ParsaFood Global may request identity verification or supporting documentation where legally required or reasonably necessary.

11. Counter-Terrorism Financing

The Platform may not be used to support or facilitate terrorism or the financing of terrorist organizations.

Any suspected activity may result in immediate suspension of services and reporting to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

12. Intellectual Property Compliance

Users must respect all intellectual property rights and may not upload or distribute content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights.

13. Environmental and Sustainability Compliance

Where applicable, Suppliers are encouraged to comply with environmental regulations governing:

• packaging materials;
• recycling obligations;
• waste management;
• hazardous substances;
• sustainable production;
• environmental labeling.

Compliance with destination-country environmental regulations remains the Supplier's responsibility.

14. Documentation

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate and lawful business documentation, including:

• invoices;
• packing lists;
• certificates;
• licenses;
• permits;
• declarations;
• shipping documents;
• customs records.

Providing false or misleading documentation is strictly prohibited.

15. Right to Verify

ParsaFood Global reserves the right, but is not obligated, to request documentation reasonably necessary to verify compliance with applicable laws, including:

• company registration documents;
• business licenses;
• tax registration certificates;
• product certifications;
• export or import licenses;
• identity verification documents.

Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension or termination of Marketplace access.

16. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report suspected violations of this Policy.

ParsaFood Global may investigate reported matters and take appropriate action at its sole discretion.

17. Enforcement

ParsaFood Global reserves the right to:

• reject listings;
• remove products;
• suspend accounts;
• terminate user access;
• suspend transactions;
• refuse services;
• cooperate with customs authorities;
• cooperate with regulatory agencies;
• cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ParsaFood Global shall not be liable for:

• customs delays;
• import refusals;
• export refusals;
• product certification failures;
• regulatory actions;
• governmental inspections;
• product recalls;
• sanctions violations committed by users;
• inaccurate documentation provided by Buyers or Suppliers;
• legal or financial consequences resulting from a user's failure to comply with applicable laws.

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that their business activities comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

19. Policy Updates

ParsaFood Global reserves the right to amend this Compliance & Regulations Policy at any time.

The revised version becomes effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
