Know Your Customer (KYC) & Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

Enhanced review does not imply wrongdoing.

Users must not use ParsaFood Global for activities including, but not limited to:
- Money laundering
- Terrorist financing
- Tax evasion
- Bribery
- Corruption
- Sanctions evasion
- Identity fraud
- Document forgery
- Financial fraud
- Human trafficking
- Illegal trade
- Counterfeit products
- Financing criminal organizations
- Any activity prohibited by applicable law
Ongoing Monitoring
ParsaFood Global may monitor platform activity for indicators such as:
- Unusual transaction behavior
- Rapid account changes
- Multiple linked accounts
- High-risk payment patterns
- Suspicious documentation
- Repeated policy violations
- Fraud indicators
- Account misuse
Monitoring is conducted on a reasonable-efforts basis and does not constitute continuous supervision.
Record Retention
Where required by law or internal compliance procedures, ParsaFood Global may retain verification records, communications, and related documentation for an appropriate period.
Retention periods may vary depending on legal, regulatory, contractual, or operational requirements.
Reporting Suspicious Activity
Users are encouraged to report suspected:
- Fraud

Limitation of Liability

ParsaFood Global performs compliance procedures on a reasonable-efforts basis and does not warrant that every unlawful activity will be detected or prevented.
