Refund Policy
Effective Date: 13.09.2026
Last Updated: 13.09.2026
This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be available for products or services offered through ParsaFood Global ("ParsaFood Global", "ParsaFood", "we", "our", or "us").
By using our Marketplace or purchasing products or services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Principle
ParsaFood Global operates primarily as an international B2B marketplace and business facilitation platform.
Refund rights depend on the role of ParsaFood Global in each transaction.
2. Direct Buyer-Supplier Transactions
Where a Buyer purchases products directly from a Supplier through the Marketplace:
- ParsaFood Global is not the seller.
- ParsaFood Global does not receive ownership of the goods.
- ParsaFood Global is not responsible for issuing refunds.
- Refund requests must be submitted directly to the Supplier.
ParsaFood Global may, at its sole discretion, assist communication between the parties but has no obligation to resolve disputes or provide compensation.
3. Transactions Managed by ParsaFood Global
Where ParsaFood Global expressly agrees in writing to act as the Seller or Trading Intermediary, refund requests will be reviewed individually.
Refund eligibility depends on:
- the applicable commercial agreement;
- payment terms;
- shipping status;
- product condition;
- supporting documentation;
- applicable law.
No refund is guaranteed unless approved in writing by ParsaFood Global.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, refunds will generally not be available for:
- change of mind;
- market price fluctuations;
- exchange rate changes;
- delayed customs clearance;
- import permit issues;
- regulatory restrictions;
- sanctions;
- Buyer errors;
- incorrect orders placed by the Buyer;
- delays caused by third parties;
- force majeure events.
5. Perishable Products
Many food products are perishable and require special storage and transportation.
Refunds will generally not be granted where deterioration results from:
- improper storage;
- delayed customs clearance;
- improper handling after delivery;
- failure to maintain required temperatures;
- Buyer negligence.
6. Inspection Before Shipment
Where pre-shipment inspection is agreed or offered, Buyers are encouraged to inspect or appoint an independent inspection company before shipment.
Acceptance of inspection results may limit or exclude later refund claims relating to visible or documented conditions existing before shipment.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Where ParsaFood Global acts as the Seller or Trading Intermediary, claims relating to damaged, defective, or incorrect goods must be submitted promptly and include:
- order number;
- photographs;
- supporting documents;
- delivery information;
- any other evidence reasonably requested.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
8. Service Fees
Fees paid for consulting, sourcing, inspections, website design, SEO, digital marketing, branding, documentation, or other professional services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
9. Payment Processing Fees
Bank charges, payment gateway fees, currency conversion costs, intermediary banking fees, and similar financial charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
10. Refund Method
Where a refund is approved, ParsaFood Global may determine the appropriate refund method, including:
- bank transfer;
- reversal of the original payment method;
- account credit;
- another mutually agreed payment method.
11. Processing Time
Approved refunds are normally processed within a reasonable period after all required documentation has been received and verified.
Actual receipt of funds depends on banks, payment providers, and other financial institutions.
ParsaFood Global is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
12. Fraud Prevention
ParsaFood Global reserves the right to refuse any refund request involving suspected:
- fraud;
- abuse;
- false claims;
- forged documentation;
- misuse of the Marketplace.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ParsaFood Global shall not be liable for:
- indirect losses;
- consequential losses;
- lost profits;
- market losses;
- exchange rate fluctuations;
- customs actions;
- regulatory restrictions;
- Supplier defaults;
- Buyer defaults;
- transportation delays.
Where liability is established, the maximum liability of ParsaFood Global shall not exceed the service fees actually received by ParsaFood Global for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
14. Policy Updates
ParsaFood Global reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
Continued use of the Marketplace constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
