ParsaFood Global provides an international B2B marketplace and business platform connecting Buyers, Suppliers, Manufacturers, Exporters, Importers, Service Providers, and Business Partners.

Suppliers must not publish listings containing:

• misleading photographs;
• counterfeit products;
• prohibited products;
• products that violate applicable laws;
• products that infringe third-party rights.

ParsaFood Global reserves the right to remove any listing at its sole discretion.

6. Communications

Users must communicate professionally and respectfully.

Users shall not:

• threaten others;
• harass users;
• discriminate against others;
• publish defamatory statements;
• distribute offensive material;
• send spam;
• distribute unsolicited advertisements.

7. Marketplace Integrity

Users must not:

• manipulate product rankings;
• submit fake reviews;
• artificially inflate ratings;
• create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes;
• interfere with fair competition;
• abuse promotional programs.

8. Security

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

Users must not:

• share passwords;

• reverse engineer the Platform;
• scrape website content using automated tools without written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

Failure to monitor any activity does not constitute approval or acceptance of that activity.

14. Enforcement

ParsaFood Global reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• remove any content;
• suspend Marketplace listings;
• suspend user accounts;
• permanently terminate accounts;
• reject transactions;
• refuse services;
• cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

15. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report suspected violations of this Policy.

ParsaFood Global may investigate reports but is under no obligation to take any specific action.

16. Limitation of Liability

ParsaFood Global provides the Platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ParsaFood Global shall not be liable for:

• unlawful conduct by users;
• inaccurate information published by users;
• fraudulent transactions;
