We encourage all users to report suspected abuse, fraud, illegal activity, policy violations, or misuse of the platform. Timely reporting helps protect buyers, suppliers, business partners, and the integrity of our marketplace.
While ParsaFood Global reviews reports in good faith, we do not guarantee that every report will result in an investigation, enforcement action, or resolution. Commercial disputes between users may not constitute abuse and may instead be governed by applicable contracts or laws.

How to Submit a Report
Users may submit abuse reports through the appropriate reporting tools available on the platform or by contacting our compliance team.
Reports should include as much relevant information as possible, such as:
- User or company name
- Order or inquiry reference number (if applicable)
- Description of the incident
- Dates and times
- Supporting documents
- Screenshots
- Emails
- Contracts
- Payment confirmations
- Shipping documents
- Any other available evidence
Providing complete information helps facilitate a more effective review.
Confidentiality
ParsaFood Global will make reasonable efforts to handle abuse reports confidentially.
However, information may be disclosed where necessary to:

ParsaFood Global is not obligated to investigate every report or to disclose the outcome of any investigation.
False or Malicious Reports
Users must not knowingly submit:
- False reports
- Fraudulent allegations
- Misleading information
- Harassing complaints
- Reports intended to damage competitors
- Abusive or repetitive complaints without reasonable basis
Knowingly submitting false reports may result in:
- Removal of reporting privileges
- Account suspension
- Account termination
- Other actions permitted under applicable law
Emergency Situations
If a report involves:
- Immediate threats to life or safety
- Serious criminal activity
- Terrorism
- Human trafficking
- Child exploitation
- Violent crime
Users should immediately contact the appropriate local law enforcement or emergency authorities before or in addition to notifying ParsaFood Global.
ParsaFood Global is not an emergency response service.
Commercial Disputes
Not every disagreement constitutes abuse.
Examples of ordinary commercial disputes may include:
- Price disagreements
- Delivery delays

- Contract interpretation
- Payment timing
- Commercial negotiations
Such disputes are generally expected to be resolved directly between the contracting parties unless otherwise provided by law or by written agreement.
Cooperation with Authorities

No Guarantee of Enforcement
Submitting a report does not guarantee that:

- The reported account will be suspended
- Content will be removed
- Compensation will be awarded
- Legal action will be taken
- A dispute will be resolved in favor of either party
ParsaFood Global retains sole discretion regarding the handling of reported matters, subject to applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ParsaFood Global shall not be liable for:
- Failure to detect abuse
- Delayed investigations
- Incomplete investigations
- User misconduct
- Third-party actions
- False reports
- Commercial losses
- Reputational damage
- Legal disputes between users
- Decisions made based on reported information
Users acknowledge that platform moderation involves reasonable judgment and cannot prevent or eliminate all forms of misuse.
Policy Updates
ParsaFood Global reserves the right to amend this Report Abuse Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable laws, operational requirements, or marketplace practices. Continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Final Notice
Reporting abuse helps maintain a safer marketplace for all users. However, responsibility for business decisions, contractual relationships, and legal compliance remains with the parties involved in each transaction. ParsaFood Global acts as a marketplace operator and service provider, and while it may review reports and take appropriate action where warranted, it does not guarantee the prevention of abuse, the success of investigations, or the resolution of disputes between users.
