- Protecting login credentials.

Reporting Fraud
Users should immediately report suspected fraud involving:

ParsaFood Global is not obligated to investigate every report or reach any particular outcome.
Account Suspension
ParsaFood Global reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in:
- Fraud
- Identity misrepresentation
- Document forgery
- Payment fraud
- Repeated policy violations
- Money laundering activities
- Sanctions violations
- Intellectual property abuse
- Abuse of the platform
- Any activity that threatens marketplace security
Such actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect users or comply with legal obligations.
No Guarantee Against Fraud
Although ParsaFood Global employs reasonable fraud prevention measures, we do not guarantee that:
- Every supplier is legitimate.
- Every buyer is trustworthy.
- Every payment is secure.
- Every shipment will arrive.
- Every document is authentic.
- Every transaction will be completed successfully.

International trade inherently involves commercial, financial, legal, and operational risks.
Limitation of Liability

ParsaFood Global acts solely as a marketplace operator and service provider and assumes no fiduciary duty or responsibility for the actions, omissions, or representations of buyers, suppliers, or third parties.
