Secure Payments Policy
Secure Payments
At ParsaFood Global, we are committed to promoting secure, transparent, and reliable payment practices for international B2B trade. Our goal is to help buyers and suppliers reduce payment-related risks while facilitating efficient global transactions.
Unless expressly agreed in writing for a specific transaction, ParsaFood Global is not a bank, payment processor, financial institution, escrow company, money transmission business, or guarantor of any payment. Payment obligations remain solely between the buyer and the seller unless ParsaFood Global is explicitly acting as the contracting seller or an authorized intermediary under a separate written agreement.
Payment Security Principles
ParsaFood Global encourages all users to:
- Verify the identity of trading partners.
- Confirm bank account information before sending funds.
- Use secure and traceable payment methods.
- Maintain complete payment records.
- Review contracts carefully before making payments.
- Report suspicious payment requests immediately.
- Exercise reasonable commercial caution throughout the transaction.
International trade involves financial risks, and users remain responsible for protecting their own interests.
Payment Methods
Depending on the transaction, payment methods may include:
- International Bank Transfer (SWIFT)
- Wire Transfer
- Escrow Services (where available)
- Letter of Credit (L/C)
- Documentary Collection
- Trade Finance Solutions
- Other mutually agreed commercial payment methods
Available payment options may vary by country, banking regulations, currency restrictions, and the nature of the transaction.
Transactions Through ParsaFood Global
When ParsaFood Global acts as the seller of record or an authorized intermediary under a written agreement, payment terms will be specified in the applicable quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, transactions facilitated by ParsaFood Global generally follow the payment structure below:
- An advance payment before production or order processing.
- The remaining balance payable before shipment, loading, or release of shipping documents.
The exact percentage, payment schedule, and conditions may vary depending on the product, supplier, destination country, order value, and negotiated commercial terms.
Direct Transactions Between Buyers and Suppliers
When a buyer purchases products directly from a supplier through the marketplace:
- The payment agreement exists solely between the buyer and the supplier.
- ParsaFood Global does not receive, hold, process, or guarantee payments unless separately agreed in writing.
- Buyers and suppliers assume full responsibility for negotiating payment terms.
- All financial obligations remain between the contracting parties.
ParsaFood Global is not responsible for payment defaults, banking errors, delayed transfers, exchange rate fluctuations, or contractual disputes arising from direct transactions.

Users are encouraged to:
- Verify beneficiary bank details before every payment.

- Applicable laws
Exchange rates are determined by financial institutions or payment providers and are outside the control of ParsaFood Global.
Escrow and Trade Protection
For certain eligible transactions, buyers and suppliers may agree to use escrow or trade protection services.
Where escrow services are used:
- Payment terms will be governed by the escrow provider's agreement.
- ParsaFood Global is not responsible for the operation of independent escrow providers unless expressly acting as the escrow service under a separate written agreement.
