Payment Terms
Clear and transparent payment terms are essential for successful international trade. At ParsaFood Global, we provide flexible, secure, and professional payment solutions that protect the interests of both buyers and suppliers while ensuring a smooth trading process.
Payment terms are determined based on several factors, including the product type, order value, destination country, production requirements, supplier conditions, and the trading agreement between the parties. When ParsaFood Global acts as the seller or as the official trade intermediary, all payment conditions are clearly specified in the Proforma Invoice (PI), Sales Contract, or Purchase Agreement before production or shipment begins.
Our standard payment structure for most international transactions is:
- 50% Advance Payment upon order confirmation to initiate production, sourcing, packaging, or procurement.
- 50% Final Payment before shipment and cargo loading, after the order has been completed and the required shipping documents have been prepared.
Depending on the nature of the transaction, other payment arrangements may also be accepted, including:
- Letter of Credit (L/C)
- Escrow Payment Services
- Milestone or staged payments
- Documentary Collection
- Other mutually agreed international payment methods
For large-volume contracts, government tenders, customized manufacturing projects, or long-term partnerships, payment terms may be negotiated individually according to the specific commercial requirements of both parties.
Direct Transactions with Suppliers
ParsaFood Global operates as both a global marketplace and an international trading company.
If a buyer chooses to purchase directly from a supplier listed on our platform, all payment obligations, commercial agreements, delivery conditions, and contractual responsibilities remain solely between the buyer and the supplier. In such cases, ParsaFood Global is not responsible for collecting, receiving, holding, or transferring funds unless specifically contracted to act as the official trading intermediary.
Transparency and Documentation
Every transaction managed by ParsaFood Global is supported by clear commercial documentation, including pricing, payment schedules, banking information, applicable Incoterms, shipment conditions, and contractual obligations. We believe that complete transparency is the foundation of long-term international business relationships.
Our experienced trade team is available to assist buyers and suppliers in selecting the most appropriate payment structure for each transaction, ensuring security, compliance, and confidence throughout the entire trading process.
