Terms that govern use of ParsaFood Global websites, products, supplier applications, and related trade communications. Last updated July 11, 2026.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing ParsaFood Global websites, products, and related services, you agree to these Rules & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our digital properties.
These terms apply to visitors, wholesale buyers, suppliers submitting applications, and partners interacting with our trade tools.
2. Catalog information & availability
Descriptions, images, certificates, and pricing indicators are provided for trade communication. Final specifications, availability, and commercial terms are confirmed in written quotations or contracts.
We may update products, SKUs, and packaging without prior notice when supply, regulation, or quality requirements change.
3. Orders, samples & contracts
Online forms and product requests do not create a binding purchase until we issue and you accept a formal offer (for example a proforma invoice or signed contract).
Sample shipments may carry fees and remain subject to destination import rules. Sample acceptance does not guarantee future supply allocation.
4. Supplier applications
Information submitted through the Supplier Registration Form must be accurate. Misrepresentation may result in rejection or termination of partnership discussions.
Submission of an application does not create an obligation for ParsaFood Global to purchase goods or enter a supply agreement.
5. Intellectual property
Brand names, logos, product layouts, photography, and written content remain the property of ParsaFood Global or its licensors. You may not reproduce trade materials for commercial use without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParsaFood Global is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on preliminary product data.
Commercial shipments are governed by the specific sales contract, Incoterms agreed, and applicable transport documents.
7. Governing law
These Rules & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to ParsaFood Global’s primary place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or trade protections in your jurisdiction.
