How do I place a wholesale order?
Browse our products, request a quote through the contact form or your assigned consultant, then confirm MOQ, Incoterms, and destination documents. We issue a proforma invoice before production or packing begins.
What are typical minimum order quantities?
MOQs vary by SKU and packaging. Spices and saffron often start from carton-level orders; bulk nuts and grains may require pallet or container quantities. Your consultant will confirm exact MOQs for your destination.
Can I request catalog samples?
Yes. Sample kits are available for qualified buyers. Shipping fees may apply depending on destination and catalog type. Mention the SKUs you need when you contact the trade desk.
Quality & Certificates
What quality tests do you perform?
Lots are screened for moisture, purity, sensory profile, and relevant contaminants (including aflatoxin for nuts and dried fruits). Additional tests can be arranged for specific markets.
Which certificates can you provide?
Depending on the catalog: certificate of origin, phytosanitary, health certificate, Halal, organic (where certified), and analysis reports. Tell us your destination requirements early so we can align paperwork.
How does lot traceability work?
Each shipment carries lot identifiers linked to origin, packing date, and lab results. Buyers can request documentation for audits and retail compliance programs.
Shipping & Logistics
Which Incoterms do you support?
We commonly work with FOB, CFR, CIF, and DAP depending on destination and freight partner. Your consultant will recommend the best option for cost and risk allocation.
How long does sea freight usually take?
Transit times depend on route and season. As a guide, Middle East to Europe can take 2–5 weeks by sea; air freight is available for urgent, high-value, or smaller shipments.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently export to 45+ markets. Check our Export Countries page or contact us with your destination — we will confirm regulatory and freight feasibility.
Partnerships & Accounts
How can I become a supplier?
Read Become Our Supplier, then submit the Supplier Registration Form with catalog specs, certificates, and capacity details. Our sourcing team reviews applications within 5–10 business days.
Do you offer private label?
Yes, for select categories including spices, nuts, and oils. Private-label programs require agreed artwork, packaging specs, and minimum volumes.
